From the records of Dante:
Arriving at Glantri,
Glantri is a place of wonder to say the least, I could not have imagined something grander than this place. I have traveled for some time now and seen many places in my short life but Glantri has impressed me beyond anything I have ever laid eyes on. The city itself is gigantic and when we arrived via teleport, thanks to Thaljun, and a short walk. Upon entering the city we were bombarded by talking mouths and magical tricks. In the confusion we had absolutely no idea where to go when a man by the name of Luigi approached us offering to show us around.
The information Luigi bestowed onto our group during his tour was very valuable. He went with us to get our licenses, something required in Glantri to do practically anything including speak in your own defense, and even acted as our agent to buying a rundown house near the city wall. I get ahead of myself. Before buying any property we were lead to the school where we Thaljun presented the document allowing us to attend the school but turns out there was still an entrance test. The test really only was to see if we were able to use magic or not which of course we both passed. During our tests a fight actually broke out involving two wizards but soon that cooled down and we exited the room. Thaljun was approached by another wizard asking to perhaps do business with him, buy some of his spells that is, which was an interesting experience in and of itself. After that was done we left to go see the property Luigi spoke of.
The house was in horrible disrepair but by sinking a lot of funds into it, most of which were Thaljuns’, we were on the way to getting the place restored into a full three story house with a basement. It would take a month but school was about to start and there would be plenty of distractions. Thaljun and I chose our classes as well as our extra curricular activities. With the semester starting we had little free time however Thaljun still found the time to craft some things for Elias. I helped where I can but I felt like I was in the way more than anything else, at least I could go gather the materials needed to enchant the weapon and armor. A month later the house was complete, well mostly, and our wallets were getting low…
